Yes, when you arrive at the Los Cabos International Airport (SJD), proceed through customs, and collect your bags. Before exiting baggage claim, you will present your customs form to an agent who will ask you to press a button. A green light allows you to pass, and a red light will require an agent inspection. Once past customs, continue outside where travel staff will be there to greet you with a Resmed sign and take you to the hotel.

The 17-mile journey to the resort from the airport takes approximately 20 minutes.

If you are pre or post extending, you will be asked to coordinate your own individual transfers to and from the One&Only Palmilla. The resort Concierge can assist with these arrangements.

Yes. Upon arrival, you’ll be personally welcomed and presented with a welcome packet containing everything you need for a seamless stay. Throughout the week, our dedicated team will be at your service to provide real-time updates and personalized assistance. A private concierge will be on hand to curate your experience, from securing coveted dining reservations to arranging unforgettable activities tailored to your preferences.

The One&Only Palmilla check-in time is 3:00 pm, and the check-out time is 12:00 pm.

Round-trip economy air travel will be paid by Resmed and booked on your behalf.  Once your registration is complete, a representative from Unbridled Travel will contact you within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a proposed flight itinerary via email, which you must confirm within 24 hours by replying directly to the message. Please be ready to provide your corporate credit card when contacted, as it will be required to finalize your travel arrangements and this can be expensed in accordance with Resmed’s Travel & Entertainment Policy.

The hotel has complimentary wireless internet.

Yes, the One & Only Palmilla is happy to explore the possibility of a pre or post-extension. All requests for pre or post extensions are based upon hotel availability. Any cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be assessed a cancellation charge of all reserved pre and post nights plus tax which will be charged to the individual guest’s credit card. For further information, contact Alison Johnson at [email protected] or 858-354-6866.

The recommended attire at the One and Only Palmilla is resort casual. Given the warm climate in Los Cabos, we suggest packing light, breathable summer clothing. For cooler evenings, a light jacket or sweater may be appropriate. Formal wear, such as suits and ties, is not required. Open-toed shoes are acceptable for women at dinner. While most restaurants also permit open-toed footwear for men, we advise checking with the resort concierge or the Resmed Hospitality Suite for specific dress code requirements at your chosen dining venues.
